Beginning January 1, 2007, the OCAP Program became a stand alone program.  Open shows and specialty events may apply for OCAP approval at which time they will be listed on the PtHA Web site and in the Pinto Horse magazine.  Points earned at OCAP approved shows will go toward OCAP specific awards.  The program will be open to any Pinto who wishes to enroll.  Youth Exhibitors will be able to earn Youth OCAP points while Amateurs and Open riders earn OCAP points by attending OCAP-approved shows and events.
